Made to order

Posters, T-shirts and sweatshirts are printed after you order. Paid orders are sent automatically to our print partners, who handle printing and delivery.

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched and include tracking information where the delivery service provides it.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or overseas yet.

UK standard delivery costs £3.99 per order, regardless of how many items you buy, including orders that arrive in separate parcels. There is no minimum spend.

Clothing has a separate production schedule from posters. We will confirm its estimated dispatch timing when checking your order; the poster estimates below do not apply to T-shirts or sweatshirts.

Each poster takes 2–4 working days to print, then 1–3 working days in the post, so most orders arrive within 4–8 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, email us and we’ll look into it.

Getting the address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your order hasn't been printed yet. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to confirm the address and any postage cost for sending it again before arranging redelivery.

Changing your mind

You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days. Here's how it works.

Before it's dispatched

Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If we haven't started printing, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already being printed, you can still cancel. We'll process it as a return once it arrives.

After it arrives

• Tell us within 14 days of the day after you receive your order. If your order comes in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day after the last one arrives. Email hello@summited.co.uk with your order number, or use the form below.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Summited Apparel Ltd, Upton Caldbeck, Wigton, Cumbria, CA7 8EU. Please include your order number.
• You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend keeping proof of posting.
• We'll refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them back (or of you showing us proof of posting, if that's sooner).
• You can inspect the poster as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it has reduced its value.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@summited.co.uk with your order number. A photo helps us investigate, if you’re able to provide one. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you, including return postage if a return is needed.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods for a full refund. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that doesn't work. None of this page limits those rights.
