THE SHORT VERSION
- We're Summited Apparel Ltd, a small UK company. Email us at hello@summited.co.uk.
- These terms cover buying from us and using the hill bagger. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
- Our maps and hill details are for fun and planning ideas, not for navigation.
About us
summited.co.uk is run by summited apparel ltd (company number 17514421). Our registered office is Upton Caldbeck, Wigton, Cumbria, CA7 8EU.
You can contact us at hello@summited.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days. If we need to contact you, we'll use the email address you gave us with your order or account.
These terms
These terms apply when you buy from us or create a hill bagger account. They're written for customers buying for personal use in the UK. Please read them, along with our delivery & returns and privacy pages, which form part of them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Our products
Our designs are drawn from public mapping and elevation data. They're artistic interpretations, so contours are simplified and won't match an Ordnance Survey map line for line.
Poster previews are digital representations of the artwork, not photographs of finished printed samples. Colours vary between screens, and small differences in print colour are normal.
Ordering and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK standard delivery. There is no additional standard delivery charge or minimum spend.
- Payment is handled securely by Stripe and taken when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
- Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through and we confirm your order on screen and by email.
- If we can't supply something — for example, because of an obvious pricing mistake or a problem with the artwork — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and only one can be used per order unless we say otherwise.
Delivery times, cancellations and returns are explained on our delivery & returns page.
Hill bagger accounts
- The hill bagger is free. You need to be at least 13 to create an account.
- Please keep your login details safe and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account and climbing record at any time from the hill bagger. We may suspend accounts that are used to misuse or attack the site.
- We may change the hill bagger or stop offering it. If we stop, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can make a note of your climbs.
On the hill
Hill heights, positions, contours and other details on this site come from public datasets. They may contain errors and aren't suitable for navigation. Always carry a proper map and compass, check the forecast and conditions, and make your own decisions about safety. Mountain Rescue's advice is a good place to start.
Our designs
© 2026 Summited. Copyright is claimed in our original artwork and compositions to the extent protected by law. The designs, artwork, text and code on this site belong to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce protected artwork for resale.
Website images are reduced-resolution previews. Normal shop images have no watermarks; zoom views are watermarked. Watermarks are not printed on purchased products. Please contact hello@summited.co.uk for artwork licensing enquiries.
Underlying hill and map data remains subject to its own open licences, credited on our data credits page, including OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and DoBIH (CC BY 4.0). We do not claim exclusive rights over mountain names, geographic facts, open data or the general idea of contour artwork. Nothing here restricts rights granted by those licences or statutory exceptions to copyright.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses — our products are for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If something outside our reasonable control delays your order, such as postal strikes or severe weather, we'll let you know. If the delay is significant you can cancel and get a full refund.
Problems and disputes
If you're unhappy with anything, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts there: Scotland, Northern Ireland, or England and Wales.
Nobody else has any rights under these terms. If a court decides part of them is invalid, the rest still applies.
